Brackets

A common way of joining 80/20 is bolting a corner bracket onto adjoining pieces. 80/20 do sell these and they are about $6 a bracket and I needed about 200, so I have created my own.

I have bought a couple of 3 meter 3mm, 25 x 25 aluminum section from Bunnings

These are the dimensions that I need:
